How to Apply For A ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Identification (J) Number
The University welcomes all individuals interested in obtaining a ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø identification (J) number to enroll today by completing the following forms:
- Domestic Companies:
- Foreign/International Individuals:
- Foreign/International Entities:
Please note: Vendors interested in submitting a bid to ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø are not required to have a ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø vendor identification number prior to the bid opening. A ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø vendor identification number is only required for the awarded vendor before an initial Purchase Order can be executed.
Policy Change: Unsolicited paperwork, for obtaining a new ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø vendor identification number, submitted to the Purchasing Office will no longer be accepted. Vendor’s may submit their paperwork to ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø departments when requested.
